Accepting these terms
By creating an account, placing an order or using this website you agree to these Terms & Conditions, to our Refund Policy, our Privacy Policy and our Licenses & Contract. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have by law.
What we offer
- Beats: instrumentals you can license and download from the website.
- Mixing & Mastering: a service on the recordings you send us.
- Custom Beat: an instrumental made for you on your brief.
Descriptions, previews and prices on the website are part of the offer. Each service page explains what is included.
Your account
- You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
- You confirm your email address by the link we send you before you can log in.
- You are responsible for your password and for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in euros [including / excluding VAT, choose one]. There are no hidden fees: the total you see at checkout is the total you pay.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. An order is accepted when you receive our confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example for suspected fraud or a pricing error, and in that case we refund any amount you paid.
Delivery
- Beats: files are available for download after payment, from the confirmation page, the order email and the Downloads section of your account.
- Mixing & Mastering and Custom Beat: we deliver the work by email or download link within the time shown on the service page or agreed with you. Typical time: 2–9 working days for Mixing & Mastering, depending on the package, and 5–7 working days for a Custom Beat.
Revisions are included: up to 5 revision rounds for each Mixing & Mastering and Custom Beat order. Send each revision request within 7 days of delivery. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Italy.
Intellectual property and licenses
All beats, artwork, text and other content on this website belong to Microbbeats or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Buying a beat gives you a license to use it, not ownership of it, under the terms of our Licenses & Contract.
Material you send us (recordings, stems, references) stays yours. You confirm that you have the rights to it and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. You allow us to use it only to provide the service you ordered.
Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, resell or redistribute our beats or files outside your license; not to try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the website; and not to use the website for anything unlawful.
Our responsibility
We take care to provide good-quality work and a reliable website. We cannot promise that the website will always be available or free of errors. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, for example for fraud or for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and it does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. This right does not apply, or is lost, in some cases that include digital content delivered immediately with your prior express consent, and goods or services made to your specifications. The details are in our Refund Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect orders you placed before the change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. Disputes are handled by the competent courts under the law.
