The short version
Beats (digital downloads)
Beats are digital files you can download immediately. At checkout you ask for immediate download and you confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download starts. For this reason beat purchases are not refundable after the files have been made available.
We will always help if:
- the file is damaged, incomplete or does not open;
- the beat is not what was shown on the page;
- you were charged twice or by mistake.
In these cases we replace the file or refund you in full.
Mixing & Mastering
- Revisions are included. Up to 5 revision rounds are part of the price. Send each revision request within 7 days of delivery; after that the order is considered complete.
- Before we start: you can cancel and get a full refund if we have not started working on your project.
- After we start: you get a partial refund, proportional to the work not yet done. We tell you the amount before refunding.
- After delivery: once the work is delivered and the revisions are used, the service is considered complete and is not refundable.
Custom Beat
- Before we start: full refund if we have not started your beat.
- After we start: you get a partial refund, proportional to the work not yet done. A beat made to your specifications cannot be returned.
- Revisions: up to 5 revisions are included. Send each revision request within 7 days of delivery.
- After delivery of the final files the service is complete.
Your legal right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. By law this right does not apply to:
- digital content that you start downloading with your prior express consent, after being told you lose the right;
- goods or services that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
- services that have been fully performed, if you asked us to start within the 14 days and agreed that you lose the right once the service is complete.
Nothing in this policy takes away the rights you have by law.
How to ask for a refund
- Write to contact@microbbeats.com or use the contact page.
- Include your order number and a short explanation. For file problems, tell us what you see.
- Please write within 7 days of your purchase or delivery.
When and how you get your money back
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, within 10 working days of approval. Your bank may need extra days to show it on your statement.
