About this agreement
This page is the license agreement between Microb Beats (“Producer”) and the person who buys a beat license (“Licensee” or “you”). It applies from the moment your payment is confirmed and works together with our Terms & Conditions.
There are six options: one free demo, four non-exclusive leases (MP3, WAV, Stems, Unlimited) and one exclusive license. The leases share the same Standard terms (section 11).

Which license do I need?
What every paid lease includes
- Untagged files. Paid leases are delivered without the producer tag.
- One new song. Albums, remixes and new versions need a separate license.
- 100% of master income. You keep all streaming payouts, sales and video revenue.
- Publishing split 50/50. Producer 50%, you 50%. List the Producer as co-writer when you register the song.
- Credit. Write “Prod. by microbbeats” wherever the song is published.
- Upgrade any time. Pay only the price difference. Upgrade your license.
- YouTube whitelisting. We whitelist your channel so your video is not claimed.
- Secure checkout. You accept this license when you complete the purchase. The order confirmation is your proof.

Free Demo LicenseFree
A free, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the tagged MP3 only to write lyrics, practice and record demo versions.
Not allowed
- Releasing or uploading the demo or the beat to any streaming service, store or public platform (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, TikTok, Instagram and others).
- Earning any money from the demo or the beat.
- Performing it live in public, broadcasting it on radio or TV, or using it in any video.
- Removing, covering or editing out the producer tag.
- Registering the beat or the demo with any content-identification system or collecting society.
Good to know
- You can share the demo privately (manager, engineer, label) as long as it is not posted publicly.
- To release a song you must buy a paid lease or exclusive rights before release. Buy the WAV Lease within 15 days of the download and get 15% off.
- Any use outside this license ends it automatically.
- The beat is provided free and “as is”. Governed by Italian law.
MP3 Lease$19.99
Non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to create one new song and exploit it within these limits. Files: untagged MP3, 320 kbps.
- Up to 5,000 copies (physical or paid downloads) in total.
- Up to 250,000 monetized streams in total across all platforms.
- One music video, which may be monetized. Video views count toward the stream limit.
- Live performances: non-profit only. Paid shows are not included.
- Radio and TV broadcast: not included.
The license lasts until a limit is reached. You then upgrade (paying only the difference) or stop new exploitation.
WAV Lease$34.99
Non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to create one new song. Files: untagged MP3 (320 kbps) and WAV (24-bit).
- Up to 10,000 copies (physical or paid downloads) in total.
- Up to 500,000 monetized streams in total across all platforms.
- One music video, which may be monetized. Video views count toward the stream limit.
- Live performances: paid and non-profit, without limit.
- Radio: up to two stations.
The license lasts until a limit is reached. You then upgrade (paying only the difference) or stop new exploitation.
Stems Lease$59.99
Non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to create one new song. Files: untagged MP3 (320 kbps), WAV (24-bit) and individual track stems in WAV.
- Up to 50,000 copies (physical or paid downloads) in total.
- Up to 2,000,000 monetized streams in total across all platforms.
- Up to two music videos, which may be monetized. Video views count toward the stream limit.
- Live performances: paid and non-profit, without limit.
- Radio: unlimited stations.
Using the stems
You can mix, arrange, shorten or rearrange the stems for your new song. You cannot share, sell or reuse them, use them in any other song, or use them as a sample pack.
Unlimited Lease$99.99
Non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to create one new song and exploit it without any numeric limit. Files: untagged MP3 (320 kbps), WAV (24-bit) and individual track stems in WAV.
- Unlimited copies, monetized streams and music videos.
- Unlimited paid and non-profit live performances, and unlimited radio broadcast.
- Perpetual license, subject to the Standard terms.
- Non-exclusive: the Producer may keep licensing the beat to others until it is sold exclusively. If it is sold exclusively later, your license stays valid for your song.
Same stem rules as the Stems Lease: mix and arrange them for your song, never share, sell or reuse them.
Exclusive Rightsfrom $399
Exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the beat in one new song and in any remix, live or acoustic version of it. The price is agreed with you, with a minimum of $399. Files: untagged MP3 (320 kbps), WAV (24-bit), individual stems in WAV and, if available, tempo and key.
- Unlimited copies, streams, music videos, paid live performances and radio/TV broadcast.
- Synchronization in films, series, games and advertising is allowed.
- Within 7 days of payment the beat is removed from all stores and no new leases are offered.
- Licenses sold before stay valid until their own limits are reached. They are listed in a schedule in your agreement.
- The Producer keeps the copyright in the composition and the right to be named as its author. You own the master recording of your song.
- Publishing is split 50% Producer and 50% you, unless you both agree in writing to a different split.
- Within 7 days of payment the beat is removed from YouTube Content ID and similar systems, and existing claims are released.
- You cannot sell, lease or give the beat or its stems to anyone else, or use it in another song, without written consent.

Custom Beat
A Custom Beat is made with you, starting from your reference. Each package includes up to 5 revisions (requested within 7 days of delivery) and delivery in 5–7 working days.
- Collaboration: you receive the rights of the Stems Lease, with the stems included.
- Unlimited: you receive the rights of the Unlimited Lease, with the stems included.
- Exclusive: you receive the Exclusive Rights, with a signed agreement. The beat is never sold to anyone else.
- Publishing and credit: in every package the publishing is split 50% Producer and 50% you. List the Producer as co-writer when you register the song, and credit “Prod. by microbbeats”.
- The Custom Beat is a license, not a transfer of ownership: the Producer keeps the ownership of the beat.
Collaboration (Custom Beat)$99
A Custom Beat made with you, starting from your reference. You receive the rights of the Stems Lease for one new song. Files: untagged MP3 (320 kbps), WAV (24-bit) and individual track stems in WAV.
- Up to 5 revisions included (requested within 7 days of delivery), and delivery in 5–7 working days.
- Same limits as the Stems Lease: up to 50,000 copies, 2,000,000 monetized streams and two music videos.
- Publishing split 50% Producer and 50% you. List the Producer as co-writer when you register the song.
- Credit “Prod. by microbbeats” wherever the song is published.
It is a license, not a transfer of ownership: the Producer keeps the ownership of the beat. You can upgrade later and pay only the difference.
Mixing & Mastering work
Recordings and stems you send us remain your property. We use them only to deliver your order. Once the work is delivered, we may show a short excerpt of the finished work (for example a before and after clip) in our portfolio and on our website and social media, with credit to you. If you do not want this, tell us by email at contact@microbbeats.com or in the notes at checkout, before or after delivery, and we will not publish it or we will remove it within 7 days.
How to credit the producer
Every time your song is published, credit the Producer exactly as “Prod. by microbbeats”.

If a platform has no place for credits, use the closest option. A missing credit is a breach if not fixed within 14 days of written notice.
YouTube whitelisting
Beats are registered in YouTube Content ID, so videos can be claimed automatically. Do this before you publish.

Upgrading your license
You can move to a higher license at any time and pay only the difference. Use the upgrade page with your order number and email. With the Free Demo, buy the WAV Lease within 15 days of the download and get 15% off.
Standard terms
These terms apply to the MP3, WAV, Stems and Unlimited leases.
11.1 Ownership. The Producer keeps all copyright in the Beat and its composition, and the moral right to be named as its author. The Licensee owns the lyrics, vocals and master recording of the New Song, but may exploit the Beat only as this license allows. The license is non-exclusive: the Producer may license the Beat to others.
11.2 Publishing and royalties. The Licensee keeps 100% of master income (streaming payouts, sales, video revenue). The New Song's publishing is split 50% Producer and 50% Licensee. When registering the New Song with a collecting society or distributor, the Licensee must list the Producer as co-writer with a 50% share (Producer: Microb Beats, [Collecting society, e.g. SIAE]).
11.3 YouTube Content ID and whitelisting. The Producer registers its beats in YouTube Content ID through a third-party rights-management service, so videos using the Beat can be claimed automatically. Before publishing the New Song on YouTube, the Licensee must send the Producer the order number and the YouTube channel ID or channel URL, at contact@microbbeats.com. The Producer will whitelist that channel within 3 business days. If a video is claimed anyway, the Licensee must contact the Producer first instead of disputing the claim on YouTube, and the Producer will release the claim within 7 days. Whitelisting covers only the New Song under a valid license. The Licensee may not register the Beat or the New Song in Content ID or any similar system.
11.4 Warranties. The Producer confirms the Beat is original and contains no uncleared samples, except as listed in the agreement. The Licensee confirms the New Song's lyrics and vocals do not infringe anyone else's rights.
11.5 Indemnity. Each party covers the other for claims caused by its own breach of this agreement.
11.6 Restrictions and termination. The Licensee may not resell, sublicense, transfer or give away the Beat or its files, register it as its own work, or use it in more than one song. Albums, remixes and new versions need a separate license. If the Licensee breaches these terms and does not fix it within 14 days of written notice, the license ends and the Licensee must remove the New Song from new exploitation. Songs already released before the end of the license [may stay online / must be removed: choose one].
11.7 Refunds. Files are digital and delivered instantly, so all sales are final. Under EU consumer law, the Licensee agrees at checkout that delivery starts immediately and waives the 14-day withdrawal right. Faulty or wrong files will be replaced. See also our Refund Policy.
11.8 Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of Italy. The courts of Rome have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights the Licensee has in their own country.
11.9 Entire agreement and acceptance. This document is the whole agreement for the Beat. The Licensee accepts it electronically when completing the purchase, and the order confirmation serves as proof of the license. Upgrades are always available by paying only the difference between tiers.
11.10 Producer tag. Paid leases are delivered untagged. The Licensee may not release, stream or monetize the tagged preview version of the Beat, whether downloaded from a store, YouTube or the Free Demo License. The Licensee may choose to keep the microbbeats vocal tag at the start of the New Song, but is not required to. The Licensee may not add another producer's tag to the Beat or present the Beat as someone else's production.
11.11 Producer credit. Every time the New Song is published, the Licensee must credit the Producer exactly as “Prod. by microbbeats”, as shown in the credit table above. If a platform does not allow credits in any of these places, the Licensee must use the closest available option. A missing credit is a breach of this agreement; if it is not fixed within 14 days of written notice, section 11.6 applies.
Files and delivery
Your files are available in your account under Downloads. Keep a copy: we may remove old files 12 months after your purchase.
