02What we sell
- Beats: instrumentals sold as digital files under a license.
- Mixing & Mastering: a service on the audio you send us.
- Custom beats: a beat made for you on request.
Descriptions, formats and prices are shown on each product page. We may update the catalogue and prices at any time; the price you accept is the one shown at checkout when you place the order.
03Orders and payment
An order is complete when payment is confirmed and you receive our confirmation email. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
We may refuse or cancel an order for a justified reason, for example a suspected fraudulent payment or a pricing error. In that case any amount paid is refunded.
04Delivery
Beats are delivered digitally, with a download link in your account and in your order email, after the payment is confirmed. Services and custom beats start after payment and after we receive the material we need from you. The files are delivered by download link or by email.
05Licenses and ownership
When you buy a beat you receive a license, not ownership of the beat. What you can and cannot do is described in the license you choose, on the Licenses page. Microb Beats keeps the copyright on its beats unless a license or a written agreement says otherwise.
You must not resell, share, upload or redistribute the beat files as your own or outside the limits of your license.
06Services and your material
If you send us audio for mixing, mastering or a custom project, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and that it does not infringe the rights of others. You keep the rights on your own recordings. Revisions are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
07Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for what happens under your account. Please give us correct information. We may suspend an account used for abuse, fraud or to break these terms.
08Refunds and cancellation
Refunds, cancellations and revisions are explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. This does not limit the rights that consumers have under mandatory law.
09Liability
We do our best to provide the files and services as described. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profit, or problems caused by how a file is used after delivery. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
11Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. Consumers in the EU can use the online dispute resolution platform of the European Commission at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
